The HostedBizz support team is frequently asked for assistance in calculating transfer time to the HostedBizz Cloud. Transfer times can be a confusing concept, given varying amounts of data and speed of network connectivity.
So, we created this calculator to determine how much time and bandwidth it takes to move large files around a network, or to the HostedBizz Cloud.
In determining the speed of your network, we recommend not to assume full saturation of the network connection. There are likely other transfers taking place, and normal internet usage may also slow down the actual connectivity.
A 70% assumption of the network speed would be fair.
